These Terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNWI. They set out the scope of the service, the rules for using accounts and subscriptions, acceptable use requirements, service availability and liability, the situations in which an account may be terminated, how the Terms may change, and how refunds and billing are handled. By registering, paying for, or continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Scope and Coverage
VPNWI provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service: users import the subscription into a supported client and reach overseas sites and services over international routes, improving the stability and speed of cross-border connections. Coverage currently spans 120+ countries / 170+ routes, with clients for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.
Subscriptions come in two types. Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets each month on the activation date, and when you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they last until used up and never expire. Payment is accepted via Alipay / WeChat / USDT — see the plan pricing page for full details.
These Terms govern this service only. Third-party sites and services you reach through the routes set their own account rules, content policies, and regional restrictions, and this service makes no commitments on their behalf.
2. Rules for Accounts and Subscriptions
Registration requires no email address — a username and password are enough. An account may only be used by the person who registered it; there is no limit on how many devices one account can use at the same time, so device count is not the restriction — the right to use the account itself is.
A subscription link is equivalent to account credentials. Reselling, renting out, lending, publicly sharing, or otherwise providing your account or subscription link to anyone other than the registered user is prohibited, as is posting subscription links in public channels. If sharing leads to route abuse, bandwidth congestion, or third-party complaints, this service may suspend or terminate the account.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and subscription link safe. If you discover that your subscription link has leaked, report it as soon as possible through the ticket entry in the user panel so it can be handled promptly.
3. Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their own location and with the account terms of any third-party service they access. This service provides route optimization for cross-border access and must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: sending spam or phishing content; scanning, probing, or breaking into other people's systems or launching network attacks; distributing malware; infringing intellectual property rights; engaging in fraud, gambling, pornography, or other illegal activity; and any other conduct that harms network security.
This service does not review the content users access through the routes and is not responsible for the results of that access; consequences arising from a user's own conduct are borne by the user. If any of the violations above are found, this service may immediately stop serving the account.
4. Service Availability and Liability
This service is provided as is, with reasonable efforts made to keep routes stable. Route availability is affected by third-party regional policies, your local network environment, and force majeure, among other factors; this service does not promise that routes will be available at all times, in all regions, or on every third-party service.
This service keeps no logs; see the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
To the extent permitted by law, this service's liability for a single subscription is limited to the amount actually paid for that subscription, and it is not liable for indirect losses caused by the use of, or inability to use, the service. Users should back up important data themselves and avoid using the routes for critical operations that demand very high continuity.
5. Account Termination and Terms Changes
This service may suspend or terminate an account in the following situations: violation of these Terms; reselling, renting out, or publicly sharing the account or subscription link; using the routes for illegal activity; and conduct that harms other users' access or the normal operation of this service.
Users may stop using this service at any time. A monthly subscription that is not renewed when it expires, or a data pack that runs out, ends the service automatically — no separate request is needed.
These Terms may be updated to meet legal requirements or reflect business adjustments. The updated version is published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top is changed accordingly; continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms. Important changes affecting user rights will be announced in advance through site notices.
6. Refunds and Billing
A full, no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 14 days of your first payment. Submit the request through the ticket entry in the user panel with your order details; the refund is returned via the original payment channel, and how quickly Alipay / WeChat / USDT funds arrive depends on each payment provider's processing times.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packs last until used up and never expire. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
Accounts terminated for violating these Terms are not eligible for the no-questions-asked refund.
